This intensive training, offered in a one or two day format, covers the critical components of a successful Human Impact preparedness program and will help you learn to assess your organization’s state of readiness when it comes to risk management and your company's crisis management plan.  Most importantly, it will help you learn to assess your organization's state of readiness when it comes to risk mitigation at the human level.

The Human Preparedness Impact Audit includes:

• An overview of the 3 components of a Human Impact preparedness program.
• Organizational Assessments, including risk analysis
• Human Impact Planning
• Learn the 5 most important categories to include in your plan
• Human Impact Response and Recovery
• Keeping people productive following a crisis
• Psychological and social responses to a disaster
• A disaster simulation testing your preparedness program (2 day option)

Participants will work in small groups to outline Human Impact Plans which they can apply to their organization.  Human Impact Plans are an essential part of any organization's risk management and disaster recovery plan.
